Advertising disclosure
Last updated: 2026-07-15
FeeFriction is free for readers and is supported by advertising, primarily Google AdSense. Ads may appear on calculator pages, guides, hubs, and other content pages after pages meet Google’s policies.
What this means for you
- We may earn revenue when ads are shown or interacted with
- Google and partners may use cookies or similar tech as described in our Privacy Policy
- Advertising does not change calculator formulas, default inputs, or editorial conclusions
- We do not accept payment to invent star ratings, fabricated reviews, or “guaranteed return” claims
- We do not use Product / Offer structured data to invent merchant rich results
Labeling and placements
Manual ad units we control are marked “Advertisement.” Google Auto ads may insert additional placements where allowed. If an ad feels inappropriate for a finance education site, email MarcusVance@feefriction.com with the URL and a screenshot.
No endorsement
An ad for a lender, bank, broker, card issuer, or remittance provider is not an endorsement by FeeFriction. We are not a lender, broker, or tax preparer, and we do not process applications.
Affiliate / sponsored content
Today the primary monetization path is display advertising. If we later add clearly labeled affiliate links or sponsored explainers, those pages will say so near the relevant content — and the math tools will remain educational estimators.
Policy alignment
Content aims to follow Google AdSense program policies for valuable inventory: original useful pages, transparent ownership, working navigation, and honest disclosure. See also Editorial policy and Disclaimer.
